A: All handmade customized artworks are personalized exclusive products and do not support unconditional returns or exchanges. Each piece is handmade according to the customer's requirements, with unique craftsmanship and design attributes, so ordinary reasons such as dislike, inappropriate style, or inconsistent imagination will not be accepted for return or exchange.

A: No after-sales service will be provided for the following situations: personal subjective dislike, slight flaws and handcraft traces unique to handmade works, minor scratches or slight extrusion generated by normal logistics friction, damage caused by improper storage, accidental collision or man-made damage after signing for the package, and overdue application beyond the 24-hour inspection period.

A: Unused, unopened and undamaged art materials and tools can support reasonable return and exchange applications within the valid after-sales period. Returns caused by personal reasons shall be borne by the buyer for the return shipping fee. Damaged packaging, used traces, man-made damage or overdue applications are not eligible for return or exchange. Only severe damage or loss caused by objective transportation accidents can be accepted for after-sales verification and processing.
